I recently stayed at The Alexandrian in Old Town Alexandria for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town and close to all the attractions. The staff was amazing, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The shuttle to the airport was a great convenience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and well-functioning heat/AC. I loved the selection of aromatic soaps and lotions in the bathroom. The morning coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the wine happy hour, were nice touches. a fantastic experience and I would definitely consider The Alexandrian my home base for future visits to the DC area.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary wine hour in the lobby, a great way to relax and socialize with other guests.

There were a few minor issues during our stay that could have been better. two lamps in our room were broken and couldn't be fixed immediately, which was a bit inconvenient.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious, clean king room deluxe. The staff was polite and accommodating. The decor and building were beautiful. The lobby and rooms had a pleasant vibe. The bed was comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the pet-friendly aspect of the hotel. it was a clean and pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my wedding ceremony nearby, and my experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, and they even allowed me to check-out later without any issues. The best part was the location - this place is conveniently situated within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, and I loved that the local farmers market was only a few blocks away. The room amenities were also excellent, and I appreciated having an in-room safe and the option for a turndown service.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with a peaceful view of treetops, a balcony plus super comfortable bed & lounge chair, which was important. Finally, the venue's restaurant was good for our food.
